Hello. Creeper

We are a friendly Survival/PvP server looking for new members to help with building up our factions, exploring our huge caves (seriously, it's a plugin), mining, creating feats of architectural wonderment, and--of course--for slaughtering with our enchanted wooden fire-swords (don't laugh). You'll need to ask an Admin to be removed from the Greylist--a function that allows you to login (unlike a whitelist) but prevents you from doing anything more than, basically, walking around and chatting, until you're given more advanced permissions. Do not take offense if an Admin chooses to tell you why you are Greylisted as you are in no way being singled out or subjected to anything that everyone else hasn't had to go through (except for me, because I'm special).

If you're having no luck in nailing an active Admin (oy, tell me about it...) feel free to (fill out an application to be un-Greylisted). The following individuals are able to remove you from Greylist status:

Our playerbase is slightly older, on average, than that of the average Minecraft server. Age is not, strictly speaking, a requisite for retaining the privilege of playing on our server, but it's a helpful thing for us to take into consideration. Generally speaking, if you're under the age of 14, you're going to have to be on your "best behavior" at all times--if this isn't fun for you, you may wish to look elsewhere for a server to play on, and nobody here would blame you. We might heckle you behind your back, via the /msg command, with other cigar-smoking, hard-drinking, horse-riding Admins, but we wouldn't blame you. We might even secretly envy you your freedom, your carefree nature, and your childlike beauty. GO! BE FREE, BOY! BE FREE!

Our server has a certain behavioral standard, which is expected of all players. Our greylist allows you to login, but prevents you, as a new user, from engaging in acts of wanton mayhem and irritating destruction, until we've decided that you aren't going to do that even if there's nothing stopping you A certain level of maturity, a certain proficiency with the English language, and a willingness to conduct oneself in a common-sense manner--preferably, while not being a complete square--is expected. We have a lot of fun, we are by no means "clean" or "family friendly," and we DO joke around in a potentially very offensive manner--openly--among groups of friends who understand each other quite well. This is more than accepted; it is expected, and it is encouraged. We're not necessarily looking for people who will avoid dropping an f-bomb in casual conversation; we're looking for people who will avoid doing so fifty times, in solid caps, because their enchanted pick was accidentally lost to a lava flow. There's being silly, and there's being grossly ignorant. We wish to avoid the latter, while embracing the former.

Sanhael or Awesomebilly ought to be able to answer most of your questions, however. Assuming they're doing their jobs, and not flashing each other their nipples on Skype while saying "Oh, what a lovely tea-party" in their drugged-out monotone child-voices. Seriously, that takes up about 4 hours of their day.
